WHO WE ARE
The Eye of Horus, an ancient symbol of healing and harmony, guides our vision of human relationships.
It reminds us that after every imbalance, order, clarity and confidence can be restored. It is this conviction that inspires our work: to support organizations in fair, sensitive and restorative approaches, where everyone finds their place again.
We combine a detailed understanding of human and organizational dynamics with concrete and structured interventions, to prevent tensions, resolve conflicts and rebuild cohesion.
Our mission: to promote a sustainable balance between collective performance and human well-being.
Who we are
Meet Béatrice Forget

Béatrice is passionate about human relations and psychological health at work. What drives her: helping people and organizations regain balance, confidence and the pleasure of working together.
Guided by her listening skills, her empathy and her deep respect for people, she accompanies her clients in achieving their professional, personal and relational goals. Her approach is based on the belief that a healthy and effective workplace is first and foremost born from fair, conscious and caring relationships.
Before founding Horus RH, Béatrice worked for several years in a firm specializing in conflict prevention and management, where she developed a solid expertise in conflict prevention and management of violence and harassment in the workplace.
She has also worked within the health network, where she designed and implemented a return-to-work program in collaboration with various stakeholders: unions, management, employees, managers and health professionals.
Convinced that it is always possible to restore harmony after imbalances, Béatrice offers a variety of services: work climate analysis, assessment of psychosocial risk factors, mediation, group facilitation, conferences, training and coaching. She is also a lecturer at UQÀM's ESG, where she shares her passion for relational dynamics in the workplace.
